The FNE participates in the OECD’s Competition Committee

During this week, the Deputy National Economic Prosecutor, Mr Jaime Barahona attends the meetings and working groups of  the OECD’s Competition Committee, which are taking place in Paris, France, from Monday February 13^th to Wednesday 15^th , and the Global Forum on Competition that takes place on February  16^th and 17^th.
 

The FNE has prepared written submissions for sessions in Competition in hospital services, unilateral disclosure of information and anticompetitive effects, and International cooperation in cartel investigations, available in the International section of our website (go here).
