Investigation Process

Description of the phases of an investigation

The investigations are initiated by complaint of natural or legal persons (public or private entities) or ex officio.

1. Analysis the admissibility of the complaint
2. Research and analysis
3. Closure of Investigation

The results of the investigations are published on the web page of the FNE, in the form of a resolution and an archive report (which includes facts described in the complaint, description of the market, analysis of the conduct and conclusions of the investigation), or via procedure before the TDLC.
