Proceedings Before Courts

It contains information regarding the actions of the FNE before the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC) and the Supreme Court.

These actions can be of five types: claims to the TDLC; consultations to the TDLC; reports to the TDLC; appeals to the Supreme Court; and conciliatory agreements (Article 22 Decree Law 211) before the TDLC or the Supreme Court.
