Applications to Leniency Program

In 2009, the leniency program, described in Article 39 bis of DL 211, was incorporated into Chilean competition legislation.
This mechanism allows companies or persons involved in a collusion to exempt themselves from sanctions, or reduce them if they provide the FNE with information that leads to prove such conduct and the determination of those responsible.
