Notification of Interests in Competitors

Law No. 20,945, which changed DL No. 211, established in its articles 4 bis and transitory 4, the obligation to inform the FNE of the acquisition of shares in competing companies.

To facilitate compliance with this obligation, this agency has prepared an online form, which allows the presentation of these statements in a more agile and secure way, without time limitations and with immediate confirmation of receipt.
