In this section, you will have access to a complete systematized database, in Spanish, of national jurisprudence regarding competition.

Our archives have information since 1974, including the decisions of the old Antitrust Commissions (Resolute and Preventive), up to the most recent issued by the TDLC and the Supreme Court.

All these documents constitute a source of information that accounts for the main criteria and doctrine applied by the authorities of the sector since the enactment of DL 211, in 1973.
