FNE publishes English version of the Pre Notification Guidance

The Competition Agency (FNE) has published today a free translation into English of the Pre Notification Guidance, in force since past May 12.

With this translated version the FNE aims at publicizing the existence of the Pre Notification procedure to the international antitrust community and foreign undertakings. This Guidance may be useful when notifying international and/or multijurisdictional transactions to the FNE, and eventually speed up a foreign investment in Chile.
