In this section, you will find (in Spanish) the Market Studies that the FNE has carried out or that has begun to develop after the enactment of Law No. 20.945, which modified the DL 211, establishing the attribution of this agency to develop this compilation and analysis of information in relation to a market.

The legal framework on the development of Market Studies is contained in literal p) of article 39 of DL 211.
