The FNE is the agency responsible for ensuring and promoting competition and its main function is to investigate any action or convention that prevents, restricts or hinders competition in the markets, or tends to produce such effects, denouncing before the TDLC the illicit acts that configure these behaviors.
If you have information about behaviors contrary to competition, you can contact us to report.
To manage your complaint, you must clearly indicate:
a) Identification of the complainant, who may request reservation of their identity.
b) Identify the specific market in which the facts are developed.
c) The individualization of the economic agents involved.
d) The facts that would constitute anti-competitive behavior.
